With RPM2 revolutionary technology, becoming a better athlete is as simple as placing our insoles in your shoes. As you train, quick time performance data is collected and transmitted to an app on your smart device. RPM2 is the future of High Performance Athletes

RPM2

I have been patiently waiting for a technology device that could be used while pedaling, running or general static movements. My patience finally paid off with the RPM2. The Remote Performance Measuring and Monitoring (RPM2) device was created by Johnny Ross from Texas, who tailored this from an injury to rehab recovery of ongoing knee problems. The inserts have 4 pressure sensors, accelerometer and battery charger within them. It is quite impressive that the inserts mildly give and are not rigid having a non-detectable technology in the molded bed. There are 3 different device types, running, cycling and the triathlete which is the one I purchased. The RPM2 works with both iPhone and Android devices and each pair has a unique ID that is paired wirelessly thru Bluetooth. I would suggest that you purchase two chargers, so that they can both be ready simultaneously without thought or forgetfulness. Charging takes about 45 minutes and easily battery life is 5-6 hours. You can perform Range of motion exercises, half squat and standing mode. As a Chiropractor, this I was most excited about this because it shows how truly imbalances commonly occurs is the skeletal system during both static and dynamic movements. I see in my 22 year professional experience, how these imbalances lead to injury, wear and tear on the system/joints and biomechanical compensations. Any imbalance is not normal and without a 50/50 balance the greater or lesser will eventually lead to injury and damage (Very similar to a tire being out of alignment causing wear on the tread and poor performance of the car). With the triathlete system, I was able to analysis thru running gait and cycling power mode differences and design specific strengthening exercises to correct these deficiencies thus improving my performance and reduce future injuries. The RPM2 system is an excellent training device for any athlete to review, analyze and record both motion and non-motion activities. The RPMs is reasonably priced at $650 and are interchangeable in both running and cycling shoes.
