FITBARK 2

I remember always having a dog when I was a kid. Someone who no matter what was excited to see you and got home from school, always ready to play and always wanted to be petted. As an adult, I truly feel that my companions reduce stress, keep me active with daily long walks and runs and of course an appreciation for unconditional love. There are several key needs that I found that Daisy and Stuart want more than anything, daily walks, love, discipline and healthy nutritional food. I was given the opportunity to demo the FitBark 2 to see exactly how active my four-legged companions were as compared to me in my FitBit Ionic. The FitBit 2 tracks your dog’s daily activity from movement (3D Accelerometer), sleep score, calories burned, miles and overall health index. The unit is quite impressive and is very simple and easy to set up, pair and synchronize with your phone. I was impressed with the six-month battery life as the last thing I want to do was remove the unit from collar and charge every several weeks or monthly. The six-month battery life is a huge plus. The unit is very light and doesn’t add any weight to the collar. It is made of a high impact polycarbonate shell that is durable on land and water. The fits any dog size from xx small to even the biggest dogs. While the cover comes in black, you able to customize it any personality your dog prefers. The unit is affordably priced around $69. The FitBark to links with all android and iOS smartphones via Bluetooth 4.0. The synchronization is smooth and worked every time I used it. You can compare your activity with your dogs by linking with FitBit, Apple Health Kit and Google Fit devices.  The FitBark app is free and there is no cost for hidden fees to purchase. FitBark 2 is an excellent activity and health monitoring tracker for your four-legged friends and will keep you and your dogs active which will not only improve your health but your dogs for a very affordable price.
